  8. Add satueed mushrooms to the beef as well.
  9. Pour in beef broth, stir it. Cover and simmer until meat is tender. Top beef stroganoff with sour cream and serve it with prepared pasta.
  10. Cover and simmer until meat is tender.
  11. Add 2 Tbsp of sour cream to the beef
  12. And gently mix it. Save remaining of cream for the serving time.
  13. Top beef stroganoff with sour cream and serve it with prepared pasta.
