It is very popular in Thailand and easy to make. All ingredients should be prepped in advance cause once you start frying the rice, it goes fast. The ingredients needed to make Fried Rice:
  1. Take Cooked rice
  2. Take Chicken stock
  3. Prepare Peas
  4. Get Carrots
  5. Prepare Cooked liver(diced)
  6. Take Green bell pepper
  7. Make ready Sweet corn
  8. Take Green beans
  9. Get Cucumber
  10. Get Boiled egg

Wipe out the pan with a paper towel and heat the remaining peanut oil over high heat. Add the mushrooms, garlic, chile, and ginger,. Remove from skillet and set aside. Add the eggs and scramble until fully cooked.

Steps to make Fried Rice:
  1. In a pot, add the chicken stock, seasoning, curry, per boiled rice and cook
  2. In a pan, pour in oil, add ginger, garlic paste and and fry for a few minutes then add the sliced vegetables, green beans,onions, carrots, liver, green pepper and sweet corn
  3. Stir the vegetables add a little salt to taste, pour in the cooked rice and stir all together, leave on the heat for 2 minutes
  4. Served with coleslaw, fried chicken, sliced cucumber and boiled egg

Remove from skillet and set aside. Add the eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
