- First take a wok,add half cup water,vinegar, ½ tsp salt,1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and fish.let it cover n cook on medium low flame for almost 10 mins or till water dries completely.
- Let it get cool then mash it with green chilli n fresh coriander.squeeze and discard grated onion water.
- Now add all the seasonings n spices, grated onion, bread crumbs,rice flour n egg….mix well n make balls.
- Let those balls rest for 10 mins then shallow fry them a bit so that they dont loose water.
- Once they get cool freeze them for later use 😊
