  25. Prepare 1 cup cooker rice
  26. Take 1 Tbsp butter
  27. Make ready 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions to make Paneer Shashlik Sizzler:
  1. For BBQ Sauce - in a wok heat oil, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, slit green chilies. Stir for 1-2 mins. Add chopped onions and fry for 1-2 mins
  2. Add tomato ketchup, bay leafs, water and stir for 3-4 mins. Add salt and stir on low flame. Add coarsely crushed black pepper and stir. Add mustard powder or sauce and stir. Set aside to cool.
  3. For Shashlik Paneer - place the Paneer on the kitchen table and cut into cubes. Cut the onion, capsicum, tomato in cubes.
  4. In a bowl add dried oregano, red chilli powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste in water and mix.
  5. Add the cubed paneer, tomato, capsicum, onions and marinate well for 10 mins.
  6. Strain the BBQ sauce and set aside
  7. In skewers add onion cube first, capsicum cube, paneer cube, tomato cube and do 1-2 sets depending on your grill pan size. The sizes of the cubed vegetables and paneer is very important as the looks does matter
  8. Set the grill pan on the flame and add oil, gently place the skewers on the grill pan and on low flame grill well until well done. Set aside
  9. In a bowl to the cooked rice add dried oregano and chopped coriander and a dollop of butter. Keep it ready.
  10. To plate on the Sizzler add cabbage leaves, plate the rice and add the boiled peas. Add the paneer Shashlik and add the BBQ Sauce. Place a chilled butter cube beneath the cabbage leaves to get the sizzling feature. Enjoy to eat
