Steps to make Cooker Egg biryani:
- First take boiled eggs and make some cuts on it. Now add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and apply on eggs. Keep it aside for about 10 Minutes. Then fry these eggs into 2 tsp oil for about 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Keep it aside.
- Now in cooker add oil, and add onion and some salt. Fry these onion until they becomes brown in color. Varista is ready keep it aside.
- Now in a same cooker and same oil, add cumin seeds,badlega,star anis and black peper corn. Now add gi ger garlic paste.Then add onion and green chilli saute it for about 10 Minutes. Now add coriander powder,turmeric pow der,red chilli powder and salt. Then add tomatoes.Cook until they becomes soft.
- Now add curd into this,cook until oil starts sprates. Then add biryani masala. Now add washed rice and 2 cups of water.Then add coriander leaves and mint leaves.
- At last add fried eggs, varista and ghee. Cover the lid and pressure cook it until one whistle comes out. Cooker egg biryani is ready. Serve with raita or curd.
