  1. Take a pressure cooker,warm ghee in it and add all whole dry spices like bay leaf,cardamom,cloves.Then add cumin seeds and saute for few secs
  2. Add veggies like onions,carrots,potato,peas green chilli,cashews to it and cover it with any plate for few mins
  3. Add curd and all spices and mix well and cook for 2 to 3 mins.Add tomatoes and coriander leaves and mix well
  4. Wash rice 2 to 3 times with water and drain whole water.Add rice to cooker and water and stir once.Now pressure cook it for 2 whistles.
  5. After pressure is removed,Open the cooker and serve the hot biryani with curd or any dal or sabji or you can enjoy just as it is.
