  3. Allow it to cook for five minutes.take out in plate add Knead soft.make undi from it.prepare steamer.steam undis for ten minutes.serve with chutney.for chutney grind roasted peanuts and chana dal along with green chilli and salt. squeeze lemon on undis it's optional but adds taste to undis.
