  17. Take as needed Oil for frying
  18. Prepare as needed green chutney
  19. Prepare 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  20. Get 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
Instructions to make Beetroot lollipop:
  1. First boiled potatoes and mash it properly.grated paneer, beetroot and cheese.
  2. Now take a big bowl.add potato,beet, paneer, cheese in it.add salt,red chilli powder, ginger chilli paste,dry mango powder,peri peri, masala,garam masala onion and capsicums in it.Add corn and rice flour.add coriander leaves and mix it properly.
  3. Cover and rest it 5 mnt.now take some dough in your palm and make a tikki.coat with dry bread crumbs and keep it in fridge for half an hour.
  4. Take a deep Kadai.add oil in it.heat the oil and deep fry all tikki in medium flame.put the lolipop stick in middle.
  5. Serve beetroot lollipop with green chutney and tomato sauce.along with salad.
