  6. Take to taste Salt
  7. Take 1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro chopped
  8. Prepare 3 Green Chilies finely chopped
  9. Make ready 1 tsp Kasturi Methi
  10. Prepare 2 tsp Lime Juice
  11. Take As needed Oil to deep fry
Steps to make Poha Hearts:
  1. Wash and Soak poha in water for 5 mins and then strain it and drain the excess water.
  2. In a mixing bowl take drained and squeezed poha, mashed potatoes, bread crumbs and all the spices.
  3. Mix them all to make a firm dough. If necessary add little water.
  4. Take a small ball of mixture and press it gently to make a round disk. Now with the help of any cookie cutter give it a shape. (I have used Heart shape).
  5. Do same with the rest of dough and make poha hearts.
  6. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry all the POHA HEARTS till golden brown and crisp.
  7. If you want you can pan fry it also. - - Serve hot with ketchup or any dipping sauce.
