- Take 1 sachet maggi magic masala

- Take 4 bread slices
- Take 2 tbsp Green chutney
- Get 2 tbsp tomato ketchup for serving
- Take as required Cooking Oil for deep frying bread pakora
Instructions to make Maggi Stuffed Bread Pakora:
- Mix all the ingredients for making batter except water and then add water slowly and stirring simultaneously and make a batter of pouring consistency.
- In a separate pan heat water and put Maggi sachet along with its masala and cook till done. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add finely chopped onions and fry. Add chopped carrots and peas and cook till it gets soft.
- Now mix a sachet of Maggi magic masala and cooked Maggi. Stir it thoroughly till all vegetable mix well with it. Keep it aside for stuffing.
- Heat oil in a wok. Diagonally cut bread slices in equal halves. Dip it in Gram flour batter and fry till golden brown colour from both sides on low flame.
- Remove it in a plate. Slit it from center and fill the slit with cooked Maggi. Likewise, stuff all bread pakora.
- Serve hot with Tomato ketchup and green chutney.
