- Heat oil in a pan.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions to a lemon sized ball.
- Grease your palm with little oil. Take a ball and flatten them a bit.
- Make a small hole in the centre of the vadas.
- Gently slide tha vadas into hot oil.
- Flip off the vadsas after one minute. Fry it until light golden colour.
- Drain out on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or coconut or green chutney.
