  2. Mix all the ingredients of Besan batter and keep it aside

  4. Add green chilli, grated ginger, Coriander and chilli powder, aamchur and chaat masala powder to it and mix well

  7. Deep fry immediately into hot oil, splash oil over bread pakora and fry on medium flame flipping occasionally.
  8. Fry till the pakora turns golden and crisp.
  9. Take out with the help of a slotted spoon.
  10. Serve hot bread pakora with green chutney and tomato sauce.
