- First of all grate lauki and squeeze it tightly to remove all juice. this juice can be used in making dal or paratha or any soup or curry.
- Take grated lauki in bowl and add all ingredients I.e gram flour, rice flour, corn starch, carom seeds, peanut powder, ginger salt, green chilli, ginger, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, one by one except semolina
- Mix it well. it should be of binding consistency
- Take a small portion from dough round it and flatten it between your palms
- In a plate sprinkle semolina. now put flattened cutlet on semolina and slightly press it
- Turn upside down and again press
- In a nonstick pan add oil and roast all cutlets from both sides till golden brown and crisp
- Serve with ketchup
