  1. Add 2-3 tbs ginger garlic paste to half bowl pieces of cut boneless and grind together in a blender.
  2. Then separately in a blender, add 2 broken slices of bread with or without crust, add few tbs of milk and blend well. As shown in the picture.
  3. Then, add the bread mixture along with a cup of rice flour and a tbs of red chilli powder, salt and garam masala powder to the minced chicken. Mix everything well together.
  4. Make round patties. Then use anything round that's small in size like a bottle cap and make a hole from the centre part as shown.
  5. Fry on low heat 2 mins on each side or until golden brown. Serve with salad.
