- In a bowl add grated cheese and paneer.add salt, black pepper powder, chilli flax,and coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Divine the mixer in a equal portions.shape each portion in to a flat rounds put some paneer cheese stuffing in center.bring all the side to gather,seal them completely and roll them again lightly.
- Heat the oil in a deep kadhai and deep fry a few balls at a time on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour and crispy from all the sides.drain on a absorben paper.
