  1. First boil potatoes and mesh it.add all dry masala, rice flour,corn flour, coriander leaves,dry mango powder,and finely chopped onion, capsicum carrot and cabbage.mix it properly.add bread crumbs and mix it well.keep aside.
  2. In a bowl add grated cheese and paneer.add salt, black pepper powder, chilli flax,and coriander leaves and mix it well.
  3. Divine the mixer in a equal portions.shape each portion in to a flat rounds put some paneer cheese stuffing in center.bring all the side to gather,seal them completely and roll them again lightly.
  4. Heat the oil in a deep kadhai and deep fry a few balls at a time on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour and crispy from all the sides.drain on a absorben paper.
