- Take 2 tbsp melted butter
- Get As required Leave charcoal + ghee
- Prepare For Assembling
- Get 8-10 Sandwich bread slices
- Make ready as required Tikka masala gravy
- Get as required Smoked paneer
- Take slices Cheese
- Get 1 Onions diced
- Make ready 1 capsicum diced

Instructions to make Paneer tikka toast:
- First of all for tikka masala gravy Heat up oil and butter in a pan, add cumin seeds and allow it to crackle, add onions and saute for few seconds.
- Further, add in Ginger garlic paste and saute until onions turn translucent. Further, add in the tomato puree and cashew paste.
- Add in salt to taste, red chili powder and coriander powder, cook gravy for 7 to 8 minutes or until the watery part burns out.
- Further, add in Kasuri methi and garam masala. And finally, add in fresh cream and mix everything well. Our tikka masala gravy is ready.
- Now for smoked paneer in a bowl add in paneer cut in cubes. Add to it red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, amchur powder, coriander powder, Kasuri methi, and salt to taste.
- Now add in melted butter and coat paneer well with all the spices. Smoke paneer with leave charcoal and a teaspoon of ghee for few minutes. Our smoked paneer is ready.
- Now for assembling take two slices of bread and cut the edges of one of the bread and flatten it with a rolling pin.
- Place a slice of cheese on one bread slice and top up with flatten bread slice and press it. Apply tikka masala gravy.
- Top up with grated processed cheese, smoked paneer, diced capsicum, and onions.
- Toast it on flat nonstick tawa on medium flame with a tsp of butter or bake it at 250°c for 4 to 5 minutes.
